I am planning on buying an iphone but, I want to know about how much it is going to cost me. How much is the iphone itself, how much is activation, and how much is the annual bill going to cost?

I am saving up for an iPhone 3G, then I am getting a piggy back sim so I can use it prepaid so I don’t have to spend a fortune on getting out of verizon.
When I went to the Apple Store it said $199 for 8GB, and that’s the one I am planning on getting.

I understand that you have to use email to send pictures with the iphone but lets say that i want to send a picture to my girlfriend who has a blackberry pearl without an interent plan. Will she be able to get the picture and download it just using media net? And would she be able to send me one without having the internet plan? She has the new pearl but does not have the interent plan for it but does have media net capabilities.

I understand wifi and everything, but there is one thing I don’t get. How come apple made the iphone music store that you have to be on wifi to access it? I know that edge access would be slower, but that can’t really be an excuse. Edge and wifi use the same internet, so why can’t both access the itunes store?

Hi. I’ve been planning on buying an iPhone and recently my old phone broke so I would like to get it sooner rather than later. However, I do not know what the monthly cost would be. I am currently on a family plan with unlimited text messaging. Does anyone know how much it would cost per month to drop my old Razr and pick up a new iPhone? Or a helpful link would be great too. I dont really understand how it works and how much the plan is goign to come up as. Im planning on getting the new iphone thats coming out in july, single plan but i want unlimited texting. That adds 20$ but does that include using the internet? I mean it is the iphone. Youtube,, facebook,,, etc,,, is it only free with wifi or would that nclude the 3g networking as well?

I’m planning to buy an iPhone. But before i do that i need to find out if the iphone can view every website just like the one on the computer. Does Safari support all websites including JAVA and flash players. Can i view Youtube and pics and other videos on the Iphone using the interent website? One last thing how long does it take for a page to load?
